Commenced 1960.
Matriculated 1964.

Nine months military 1965, three in Bloem, six in Durban "C" Company.
Joined my brother in a tree felling buisness after army and ended up clearing a large area in Durban Bay of mangroves where the Conatainer treminal now stands.
Moved to Greytown in 1966 to do timber contracting and and tow years later purchased a small saw mill. Developed the mill and sold to Sappi in 1990. An offer one could not refuse.
Moved back to Durban in 1991.
Left for Australia in 2000. City of Gold Coast. Back to RSA in September 2004 and bought in Zimbali - still here.
Now actively involved in Zimbali having served on the Board for the last two years.
Still enjoying beer and red meat !!!
